## About

Ach (pronounced with the "ch" in chocolate) recruits tech talent and champions better candidate experiences. Over the past decade, she has helped companies like Krisp, Datamaran, and Workfront build out their engineering teams.

She focuses on raising the bar for tech intelligence in hiring. In her talks, she frequently focuses on demystifying recruiter behavior to help bridge the gap between candidates and talent acquisition.

A former entrepreneur and sourcing hackathon winner, Ach actively tracks the HR tech space. Off the clock, she is a dedicated bibliophile.
