## About

Adnan Pavlovic shapes business strategy and community growth at WeAreDevelopers. Joining the team during its initial startup phase, he drove early scaling efforts across new markets and content initiatives. Today, he runs the community's annual developer survey and partners with tech giants from Microsoft to Bugatti Rimac.

Before moving into tech, Adnan spent time in advertising, picking up awards for creative marketing communication. He frequently hosts conversations exploring the evolution of tech communities and advocates for critical, independent thinking around industry trends.
