# Ajit Varma
Firefox strategy lead focusing on user agency and independent AI architecture.

## About

Ajit Varma leads product strategy for Firefox at Mozilla. He focuses on building internet tools that give people real agency over their data. Before Mozilla, he ran monetization for WhatsApp at Meta and led product teams at Square and Google. He also co-founded Adku, a machine learning platform acquired by Groupon.

His recent work explores how browsers can serve as independent orchestration layers for AI. He advocates for modular architecture that prevents user lock-in and protects privacy.

Ajit holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin and lives in the Bay Area.
