## About

Alayshia Knighten helps teams build infrastructure at Pulumi. She focuses on the human side of DevOps, guiding customers through their journey with Infrastructure as Code and making sure people accelerate alongside their tools. Previously, she educated teams on observability at Honeycomb.io.

She solves complex technical puzzles while building collaboration across engineering teams. Her work explores using IaC to unify developers, SREs, and platform engineers, turning messy environments into manageable workflows.

When she isn't fixing systems, she enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life.
