Through her company LemanSkills, she maps out the hidden causes of tech burnout and offers practical frameworks to fix it. Her work centers on building healthy communication habits that keep teams moving forward without breaking them down. She also explores these dynamics as the host of the Leman Tech Leadership Podcast.

In a previous life, she was a stage violinist.
