# Alessandro Rimassa

## About

Alessandro Rimassa builds companies focused on the future of work and education. He is the CEO of Future of Work Group and founder of Radical HR, where he guides organizations in transitioning from rigid job titles to dynamic, skills-based frameworks. He previously started the Talent Garden Innovation School.

Beyond his own ventures, he backs HR and education startups through his investment firm HAPPY2C. He serves on the board of Save the Children Italia and has written eight books, including the best-seller *Generazione Mille Euro*.
