## About

Alexandra Mihai designs data models and reporting pipelines at Conectys. She writes complex SQL in Azure Synapse and translates raw data into interactive Power BI dashboards that guide HR and business operations.

Her current work focuses on integrating language models directly into analytics workflows. She explores how conversational AI and Microsoft data agents can automate support tasks and speed up data retrieval through voice synthesis.

Alexandra originally studied economic cybernetics and database support systems in Bucharest.
