Based in Amsterdam, she has built engineering organizations for startups like Miro, Viber, and GameHouse since 2008. She bridges the communication gap between candidates and hiring managers. In her talks, Alla demystifies recruiting mechanics, teaching developers how to address CV gaps and negotiate better salaries. She also trains HR professionals on practical generative AI prompting.
