## About

Alvaro Navarro works with network APIs as a Senior Developer Advocate at Vonage. He spends his time improving the developer experience and making open source tools more accessible.

He helps engineering teams move away from outdated, insecure password systems. In his talks, he breaks down how to build advanced login security, from implementing two-factor and silent authentication to preventing fraud like SIM swap attacks.

Off the clock, you can usually find him hunting through comic shops, hitting up sci-fi and horror film festivals, or building with tiny plastic bricks.
