# Amol Sharma
Stripe engineering manager exploring how AI is reshaping developer teams.

## About

Amol Sharma runs the accounting product engineering group at Stripe. Before that, he spent a decade shipping software at Amazon, Meta, and Flipkart.

His current work focuses on the messy reality of engineering management in the AI era. He talks about how team dynamics shift when AI writes the code, exploring the hidden burden of reviewing generated documents and why tech leads must act as amplifiers of human judgment.

When he isn't building products, he is completing the Stanford LEAD program.
