## About

Amy Yuan drives developer productivity and AI transformation at Snowflake. She focuses on how AI changes the way software gets built, from daily workflows to team structures. Under her watch, the engineering organization saw a complete turnaround in both output and developer sentiment.

Before Snowflake, she led the infrastructure team for Azure SQL at Microsoft. Her work centers on practical implementations of agentic coding and building inclusive team cultures.

Known as the “Carrie Bradshaw of Snowflake” for her shoe collection, she spends her free time baking, reading, and raising her two kids.
