Andreea Lungulescu recruits tech talent and helps people build intentional careers. As the founder of The Principal Recruiter and a former tech talent leader at thermondo, she focuses on operational efficiency over industry hype.

Her talks tackle core recruitment realities. She cuts through the noise around AI in hiring to examine its actual limitations, and shares practical strategies for self-promotion, sponsorship, and defining career archetypes. She gives both individual contributors and leadership the tools to construct solid team foundations.

Andreea operates out of Berlin, where she also runs the Talent Crunch initiative.
