## About

Andrew Boyagi helps large organizations fix their developer experience. Before joining Atlassian, he built and scaled a platform engineering function supporting 7,000 engineers at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Now working with enterprise software teams, Andrew focuses on removing friction and boosting velocity. He regularly speaks on how artificial intelligence changes modern workflows, breaking down Atlassian's DevEx research and sharing how the Williams F1 Team designs new systems of work to gain a performance edge.
