## About

Ante Tomić builds software at Infobip. Living with significant hearing loss, he focuses on what true inclusivity looks like in software development. He advocates for empathy-driven development, helping engineering teams look beyond basic compliance checklists to understand how people actually use their apps.

His day-to-day work spans React, Node.js, automation, and monitoring. In his talks, he breaks down how progressive enhancement can solve problems for users with permanent, temporary, or situational disabilities.

Outside of coding, Ante is an avid photographer, traveler, and collector of rubber ducks.
