## About

Aparna Dhinakaran builds tools for AI observability as the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Arize AI. She focuses on the realities of AI engineering, agent infrastructure, and running models safely in production.

Before Arize, she built machine learning infrastructure at Uber—working on their Michelangelo platform—and held engineering roles at Apple and TubeMogul. She frequently speaks about the distinction between building AI products and building with AI, exploring the governance required when human engineers are on call for AI-generated code.

She studied at UC Berkeley, publishing research with the Berkeley AI Research group.
