Aram Hakobyan designs and runs distributed systems for zooplus. He manages container orchestration and observability, operating a footprint of 40 Kubernetes clusters and 3,000 microservices for the online pet retailer.

With over 25 years in infrastructure, Aram focuses on making on-call rotations less painful for developers. He builds ways to automate incident response, arguing against basic chatbots in favor of AI workflows that investigate alerts, correlate metrics, and deliver actual evidence before engineers even start digging.
