## About

Arnaud Porterie builds tools at Echoes HQ to help engineering teams align their work with business goals. He focuses on organizational accountability rather than just developer productivity, tackling the disconnect between tech deliverables and company expectations.

Before founding Echoes, Arnaud shaped engineering culture at scale. As Deputy CTO at Veepee, he managed the growth of a 180-person Paris team into a European group of 900. Earlier in his career, he led the engine team at Docker. He is based in Amsterdam.
