# Artem Mukhin

## About

Artem Mukhin builds frontend systems and improves developer experience at Microsoft. He believes better tooling shouldn't wait for management—it needs to start with developers themselves.

While working on Skype, Artem documented and fixed daily friction points, eventually creating a dedicated DX engineering role. Before that, he built over 15 internal tools at Yandex, turning a basic spreadsheet into a core advertising feature.

He is the author of *Claude Code for Developer Experience* and frequently speaks on standardizing the language around engineering productivity. Outside of work, he runs developer communities with over 6,000 members.
