## About

Artur Naumenko builds backend systems and explores applied AI at Softeta. A pragmatic generalist, he brings nine years of engineering background across banking, telecom, and government projects.

He focuses on finding the right tool for the job. In his talk evaluating rules, heuristics, and LLMs, Artur compared a traditional stochastic system against a LoRA fine-tuned model for text transformation to determine when AI is actually necessary.

Alongside his daily work, he mentors peers and runs summer academies to teach practical software engineering.
