## About

Ash Hynie builds tools to give employees more agency over their career paths. As the CEO and co-founder of CountrPT, she develops an AI-driven platform that helps workers document their contributions and advocate for themselves in performance reviews.

Before founding CountrPT, Ash worked across engineering and HR. This combination of technical and employee experience roles shapes her focus on closing the gap between actual work and a manager's perception.
