Avani Prabhakar is the Chief People and AI Enablement Officer at Atlassian. She focuses on the cultural shifts needed to integrate artificial intelligence into daily work, helping organizations build teams that actually know how to use these tools together. She previously helped pioneer Atlassian’s distributed "Team Anywhere" model.

Rather than just rolling out software, Avani develops practical frameworks for enterprise AI adoption. She frequently speaks on how organizations can shift from isolated individual AI usage to measuring and improving an entire team's effectiveness.
