## About

Ben De St Paer-Gotch shapes the tools developers use every day at GitHub. He directs the product teams behind GitHub Actions, Packages, Codespaces, and npm. His goal is simple: automate the predictable parts of coding workflows so developers can focus on building.

He explores the evolution of CI systems, focusing on how AI agents integrate into the developer lifecycle to end the frustrating loop of failing pipeline builds.

When he is not thinking about workflows, he is a published author and a massive fan of Warhammer 40k.
