## About

Bene builds data-driven software that prioritizes real customer value. At TalentFormation, he leads technical strategy and works on bridging the gap between frontend and backend systems.

He advocates for simpler web development patterns. In his talk on why HTMX challenges popular JavaScript frameworks, Bene demonstrated how combining Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Tailwind can eliminate dependency headaches and boilerplate code.

Beyond his daily engineering work, he focuses on tech education and is a founding member of the Hacker School.
