Brian Graham is an independent consultant at Building Better Teams. He works on reshaping how organizations build and think about software. Instead of focusing on traditional file systems, he explores new ways to write code using distributed graphs and abstractions.

Much of his work examines the practical impact of AI on development. He challenges developers to rethink dependency management and software architecture. Rather than relying on hard-wired systems, he advocates for a future where AI acts as a seamless, invisible collaborator.
