## About

Brian McFadden helps developers build AI applications that run directly on edge devices. As a Staff Engineer in Developer Relations at Edge Impulse, his focus spans machine learning, developer tooling, and agentic systems.

He likes turning ambitious ideas into functional reality, a habit that has guided him through roles in robotics and biotechnology. His recent workshops show developers how to train custom object detection models—often using rubber ducks—and deploy them to microcontrollers.

Outside of technology, he spends his time running ultramarathons and exploring the mountains.
