He focuses on helping engineers use open-source blockchain technology to solve real-world system problems. Before Algorand, Brian spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley steering technology change programs for digital asset and derivatives businesses. His recent work revolves around machine-to-machine transactions and agentic commerce. He explores the next-generation payment protocols that allow AI agents to exchange value autonomously at internet scale.
