## About

Camilo Molano Herrera builds developer communities in the blockchain space. As Developer Community Manager at the Algorand Foundation, he focuses on growing local networks of developers, startups, and Web3 enthusiasts.

Active in the space since 2018, he previously led the Hyperledger community in Colombia, co-founded the Hyperledger Latinoamerica chapter, and advocated for Chainlink.

His core focus is lowering the barrier to entry for decentralized app development. He regularly teaches workshops on setting up environments and building functional smart contracts from scratch using accessible languages like Python and TypeScript.
