## About

Chris Daden builds artificial intelligence systems for the modern workforce. As CTO and Head of AI at Criteria, he focuses on moving organizations past static credentials to measure real human potential with skills-based assessments.

A repeat founder, his work centers on applied AI, model fine-tuning, and adapting human capital strategy. He frequently breaks down how companies can realistically deploy these tools to improve their operations, shifting organizations from high-level AI concepts to everyday practice.

Outside of Criteria, he advises global startups through The Hungry Lab and leads the SoCal Tech Forum.
