# Chris Redmond
Founder of RedOwl Talent helping startups apply psychology to build better teams.

## About

Chris Redmond builds teams and mentors leadership as the founder of RedOwl Talent. Working as a fractional Head of Talent, he helps startups grow sustainably.

His management journey began with a common trap: he was promoted for individual results, but lacked training on how to actually lead. This pushed him toward the Process Communication Model (PCM), a psychology framework originally used by NASA to map communication and stress.

Today, Chris teaches founders to lead people the way they are wired, focusing on motivation and trust instead of micromanagement.
