As the co-founder of The UnleashPeople, he helps companies rethink how they attract and hire tech talent. He advocates for quality over sheer volume in the hiring funnel. His talks focus on empowering recruiting teams with structured processes and why organizational adaptability outpaces AI adoption. Before starting his own agency, he spent 16 years leading talent teams for tech startups.
