# Christoph Marckx
Developer and coach building structured growth tracks for software engineers.

## About

Christoph Marckx turns developers into better developers. Starting out as a secondary school teacher, he later reskilled into software engineering and spent four years working as a Java consultant. Today, he combines both backgrounds to run coaching tracks at Switchfully.

His work centers on building structured paths for engineering growth. Instead of hoping developers figure things out on their own, Christoph designs programs that help mid-level engineers make the jump to senior roles. He focuses on teaching what seniority actually means in practice, covering everything from technical decision-making to project ownership.
