Agile coach and DevOps lead focusing on human-centric transformations and AI workflows.

## About

Christopher May helps organizations navigate change. As the Global Agile & DevOps Coaching CoP Lead at Avanade, he focuses on making transformations work for the people actually building the products.

After two decades in project management, his recent work explores how artificial intelligence shifts daily workflows. He teaches teams how to use automation to speed up experimentation while keeping human collaboration front and center.

Based in Berlin, Christopher spends his evenings performing in the city's international stand-up comedy scene.
