Daisy Ilaria runs the Realistic Happiness podcast, where she helps technical professionals figure out how to find balance and fulfillment outside of work.

Rather than focusing on shipping features, she looks at how we can debug our own lives. She built the Realistic Happiness framework to guide developers in setting better boundaries and managing stress, treating personal well-being as a daily practice rather than an unreachable destination.
