## About

Daniel Murphy builds and scales Site Reliability Engineering practices. As one of the early SRE managers in Ireland and former Head of SRE at PwC, he focuses on transforming operations through multi-cloud architecture and intelligent automation.

He looks for ways to eliminate alert fatigue and repetitive toil. Recently, he has been building AI-driven ChatOps bots and anomaly detectors that handle alert triage and trigger runbooks without human intervention.

Daniel regularly mentors other engineers and shares infrastructure breakdowns on his blog and YouTube channel.
