## About

Daria Rudnik designs high-performing teams that actually run themselves. As an executive coach and team architect, she helps organizations fix broken dynamics. She is the author of CLICKING, a framework teaching groups how to function without relying on the leader.

Before consulting, Daria spent 15 years in tech and telecom, including roles as a Chief People Officer and at Deloitte. Now, she focuses on how humans and AI can work together. Her talks explore how to redesign human-AI collaboration—ensuring teams stay curious instead of offloading their thinking to algorithms.
