Data Dan pushes the human resources industry to rethink how it uses artificial intelligence. Through his platform HR-Datenliebe, he helps professionals move past the hype and start actively building AI solutions.

He believes HR is too often stuck in "consumption mode" with new technology. Dan challenges practitioners to stop waiting for ready-made tools and instead use generative AI to solve real employee pain points.
