# Devanshi Vyas

## About

Devanshi Vyas builds the infrastructure behind large-scale AI systems. As the co-founder and CTO of Headroom Labs, she creates tools to make AI coding agents more efficient. Her open-source project, Headroom, solves the problem of massive LLM context windows by compressing verbose logs and tool outputs before they reach the model.

A second-time founder, Devanshi previously built an ML observability company to tackle model drift and data fairness. Before that, she engineered the embedding feature store at Netflix and developed recommendation models for Amazon Music. She began her career building cloud infrastructure at AWS.
