# Dor Cohen

## About

Dor Cohen directs the agent ecosystem and AI infrastructure at monday.com. He builds environments where humans and AI agents collaborate securely. His recent work addresses a core architectural challenge in enterprise systems: granting agents distinct identities and permissions rather than relying on human access levels.

Previously, Dor managed monday.com's core Boards group and data layer. Prior to that, he led container security at Check Point and built large-scale data platforms for homeland security.

A Mamram graduate, Dor served as a Captain in an elite intelligence technological unit and holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
