## About

Ekaterina Kapranova builds backend systems at SoundCloud. Coming to tech from a social sciences background, she focuses on solving problems through fast, incremental progress and believes that aligning teams is often harder than the code itself.

She helps developers navigate the competitive job market. Her work explores how to use AI agents as personalized career coaches, helping candidates structurally prepare for coding, system design, and behavioral interviews.

Ekaterina earned her computer science degree in Germany. Outside of engineering, she actively mentors women to help build a more diverse industry.
