Ellen Jones helps enterprise engineering organizations figure out what actually makes developers productive. Working at DX, Atlassian's developer intelligence platform, she partners with teams to spot workflow friction and track the real impact of AI rollouts.

Instead of relying on simple usage metrics, Ellen focuses on data-driven strategies that improve developer experience. Her work explores how large engineering teams can define standards, create guardrails, and accurately measure outcomes for new AI tools. She is based in Tennessee.
