Felipe Furlan builds high-performance product teams as the VP of Engineering at Jimdo. He focuses on organizational strategy and solving the human challenges of scaling engineering departments across borders.

Recently, Felipe shared his straightforward approach to transitioning a multicultural, local company into a remote-first organization. He broke down the onboarding hurdles and routine process shifts required to integrate over 15 nationalities into a unified team.
