## About

Filip Dames invests in startups pushing the limits of AI and deep tech. Before launching Cherry Ventures, he helped build Zalando from the ground up, leading product and international expansion.

He looks for tech that goes past surface-level interfaces to solve hard problems deep in the stack. Filip backs founders who build sustainable infrastructure rather than short-lived wrappers, partnering with companies like Proxima Fusion.

Originally on track to become a classical musician, he stays connected to the arts through the State Opera Berlin.
