## About

Frank Seehaus evaluates what makes tech businesses truly defensible. As co-founder and managing partner at Acton Capital Partners in Munich, he invests in growth-stage companies across Europe and North America, focusing on SaaS, fintech, healthtech, and marketplaces.

Before Acton, he led Burda Digital Ventures and worked in corporate finance at Deutsche Bank. Today, his focus is finding business models that cannot be quickly copied, exploring how startups build unassailable moats and balance early software metrics against the long-term stamina deep tech requires.
