Franziska Höhne manages projects at ALDI SOUTH. Trained as an industrial engineer, she focuses on the communication mechanics of organizational transformation. She helps teams navigate complex change by stripping down how language, tone, and interaction map to decision-making.

Her work brings engineering precision to psychological insights. Instead of introducing new frameworks, she looks at the reality of why collaboration stalls. Her talks on distributed teams break down the unspoken assumptions and unclear signals that cause well-intentioned groups to lose momentum.

Outside of her primary project work, Franziska serves as Vice President of Marketing for the PMI Germany Chapter.
