## About

Friederike Hoffmann backs founders building the future of space, defense, and European technology. As a partner at b2venture, she connects early-stage startups with private capital and a network of experienced angel investors.

She looks for companies with true technological defensibility. Her work explores how hardware integration and deep infrastructure create unassailable moats in the market. Before her shift to venture capital, she led telecommunications and digital infrastructure at Swisscom.

Friederike holds a doctorate from the University of St. Gallen and is based in Zurich. She also serves on the board of dental technology firm Ivoclar.
