## About

Gaurav Thadani helps engineering teams build resilient systems as a Staff Developer Success Engineer at Temporal. Before that, he spent over a decade in consulting, focusing on test-driven development, continuous delivery, and event-driven architecture.

He believes multi-cloud reliability isn't a massive project, but a side effect of durability-first design. Gaurav teaches developers how to avoid catastrophic state-tracking failures by moving retries and recovery into the execution layer, simplifying what would otherwise be year-long infrastructure headaches.
