## About

Gerrit Einhoff leads the Berlin Tech Centre at Deutsche Bank. He focuses on building strong engineering cultures and making sure teams have the tools they need to adapt to major technological shifts.

He spends much of his time examining the realities of AI adoption inside large organizations. In his talks, he breaks down the growing AI skills gap and highlights exactly what technology leaders must get right to build effective, future-ready teams.
