## About

Pierluigi runs Utterskills, an e-learning academy that teaches soft skills to technical teams. He started his career as a software engineer and architect, but quickly noticed developers were frequently excluded from crucial project decisions.

He shifted his focus to the early phases of project planning—the "why" and "what" of software. Today, he speaks to engineering teams about why project failure usually comes down to poor communication rather than technology, helping developers advance their careers far beyond just writing good code.
