Grisha Pavlotskyi helps companies rebuild how they work. As Chief Transformation Officer at Miro, he works directly with customers to guide their AI transition. He focuses on the practical side of shifts in technology, exploring how teams can re-engineer everyday processes from an AI-first perspective.

Alongside Miro's CIO, he also leads the company's internal adoption of AI. Before joining Miro, Grisha spent nearly two decades as a Managing Partner at Deloitte.

His recent talks explore how organizations can adapt and future-proof their human capital for the AI economy.
