Hans Henrik Groth builds global engineering teams and structures nearshore tech recruitment. As the founder and CEO of CrossWorkers, he draws on his background as an HR Director in the Danish tech sector to rethink offshore hiring.

Over the last 15 years, he has established a major delivery center in Cairo—an overlooked tech hub that produces 50,000 IT candidates annually.
